Is Remotly really free forever?+
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit, no user cap, and includes the core virtual office, video, chat, project board, and time tracking. Most teams up to 15 people never need to upgrade.
Do you accept Mada, STC Pay, or invoices in SAR/AED?+
Yes on paid plans. We accept Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, and can invoice in SAR or AED for GCC customers. The Free plan needs no payment method.
Can I switch between plans anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing. Prorated charges apply on upgrade; downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Is there a refund policy?+
Yes. 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro and Enterprise contracts.
Where is my data stored?+
EU regions (Frankfurt and Stockholm) by default, with DPAs that satisfy GDPR, UK GDPR, PDPL, and UAE DPL. Enterprise contracts can specify US or GCC data residency.
