Is Remotly HR really free right now?+
Yes. We are in Early Access, so every plan is completely free for a limited time — no cap on employees and no payment method needed. Existing customers get plenty of notice before pricing starts.
What counts as a user?+
An employee who has an account in your company. The Free plan has no cap on how many you add.
Do you calculate end of service and leave by my country’s law?+
Leave follows the policies your company sets. End-of-service rules are configuration, and a settlement cannot be approved until your HR team has checked the rule against the official text and linked it. We do not ship statutory figures we cannot trace to a dated source.
Can I take my data with me?+
Yes. The employee directory and every report export to CSV whenever you want.
