The question every manager asks first
Who is in today? Remotly answers it on the home page. The day strip draws one line per employee across the working day, coloured by status, with a marker for now. Late arrivals, people on leave and people who have not clocked in are counted at the top, so you know before you ask anyone.
Shifts, grace and overtime, set per company and branch
Define working hours, working days, the grace period before someone counts as late, break time and when overtime begins. Named shifts cover teams that do not work the office day, and holidays are set once and respected everywhere.

A record that feeds payroll and reports

Do we need a fingerprint device?
No. Employees clock in from their phone or a browser, and the location is captured with each punch.
What happens when someone forgets to clock out?
The session is closed automatically and flagged, and the employee can send a correction request that their manager approves.
Can different branches keep different hours?
